Grosvenor – Tenant Investment Fund
We are proud to be working with Grosvenor on their new Tenant Investment Fund, which recently kicked off with support for two new entrepreneurial businesses – Bibi (JKS Restaurants) and Atis, as well as providing support to their longstanding tenant Roland Mouret.
Grosvenor is looking to selectively invest in tenants with new business ideas and growth strategies to help them pivot their business and grow post-pandemic.
