Equity funding rounds carried out by a company during its early stages after its initial Bootstrapping and Friends and Family Round. By the time a seed stage company is carrying out its Seed Rounds, it has normally demonstrated Proof of Concept, developed its Business Plan, protected its intellectual property, and is looking to generate revenue.
